Health and safety:
For your health and safety, we have increased our cleaning schedules and have sanitising stations located throughout the hotel. We do require all guests to check in via the Services NSW app on arrival.
Parking (additional cost):
We have secure underground parking at the hotel, at a rate of $25 per car per night, which can be billed onto your room account. Please note parking is subject to availability and we are not able to reserve car spaces. On arrival at the hotel, please buzz on the hotel intercom and mention your surname and that you are checking in. Once you present at reception for check in, we will take note of your registration details and provide you with a car parking permit to display in your car window.
Additional Bedding (fee applies):
Please let us know if you require a rollaway bed ($45 per night) or baby cot (no cost).
Early check in/late check out (additional cost):
Hotel check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. Please advise if you require an early check in or late check out, we can certainly note down your timing preference and look at your request subject to availability, or to guarantee a time a fee would apply (subject to timing, amount varies).
Bistro Dalby (additional cost):
Our onsite restaurant Bistro Dalby on level 1 of the hotel is open for breakfast and dinner (closed for lunch) and complies with all current Government regulations in regards to hygiene and social distancing. Breakfast is available from 06:30am-10:30am and dinner from 6pm-9pm 7 days a week, with bookings essential. Our lobby bar opens for beverages and coffee from 4:00pm daily.

Room Service (additional cost):
If you would like to relax in your room, breakfast is available from 06:30am-10:30am daily with dinner from 6pm-9pm daily. A limited night owl room service menu is available from 9pm.

Mini Bar (additional cost):
We have moved our mini bar items out of rooms at present, however you are more than welcome to order any items from our mini bar list and we will deliver to your room. Alternatively you can purchase these on check in to take with you. We do also have some items for sale on our retail stand in the lobby.
Your room will be serviced everyday by our Housekeeping team. If you require any additional items please dial 9 for reception and our front desk team will assist you.
Gym Spa and Steam Room:
Our gym, spa, change rooms and steam room are open from 6am – 10pm and located on M level. Please note maximum 20 people in the gym are allowed at any one time and also 2 people in the spa or steam room at one time.
Credit card surcharges (fee applies):
A 1.3% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Payment security and ID:
Payment for accommodation is required on check in to the hotel and a credit card pre-authorisation is also required on file for security of any incidentals. Please note valid and current photo ID is required on check in. Please note you must be 18 years or older to check in at the hotel.

Non smoking hotel:
Please note we are a fully non-smoking hotel (this includes balconies and all areas within a 5 meter radius to the hotel). Penalties do apply for non compliance ($250 fee per instance).
If the Hotel’s fire alarm system is activated in the room intentionally (eg, cooking, smoking, vaping) the cost of the false alarm fee (currently $1776) will be billed to the guest account. The alarm can also be activated if the bathroom door is left open and the room fills with steam.
