Nathan has been a chef for over 20 years. Being a father of two he feels very fortunate that his family and kids are very understanding of his job and what it entails.
Before Nathan’s family expanded he was fortunate enough to have travelled and experienced the centre of Australia working at Ayers Rock Resort for nearly 2 years and also Dunk Island for the same amount of time.
Since taking time out of hotels and working at restaurants and catering companies he started at Accor’s Ibis Sydney Airport in 2017 with the burning desire to make his mark not within the kitchen but within Accor.
He has now taken the role here at Novotel Newcastle Beach with some exciting ideas and visions for the F&B operation.
