Smoke-Free Environment : Novotel Newcastle Beach is a 100% smoke-free hotel, including all guestrooms and common areas, to protect the health of our guests, staff, and the environment.  Deep cleaning fees do apply for non compliance ($250 fee per instance).

If the Hotel’s fire alarm system is activated in the room by the guest (eg, bathroom steam, cooking, smoking) the cost of the false alarm fee  (currently $1776) will be billed to the guest account.
