Rick has been a Chef for over 15 years having previously worked at Award Winning Resorts and Restaurants along the east coast of Australia.
Most recently Rick held the position of Head Chef for 6 years, at Merewether Surfhouse, featuring 5 outlets with turnover exceeding $16 million. He was also responsible for overseeing Parry Street Garage, a popular Italian eatery in Newcastle. In total, Rick was responsible for managing 42 staff.
Rick has demonstrated ability to deliver a consistent, high quality product whilst maintaining costs and mentoring up-and-coming high potential Chefs.
Outside of work Rick is a Retained Fire Fighter and has received a state medal for emergency and recovery response.
